The roots of this dedication reach back to 1846 with Bortolo Moraschi. However, it was in the early 1990s that brothers Oliviero and Giuseppe Moraschi, together with oenologist Alessandro Santini, shaped the vision of today's winery: the production of certified DOCG sparkling wines and wines of absolute precision and strong character.

Craftsmanship without shortcuts

In the vineyard, Tenuta Moraschi adheres to the strict guidelines of integrated agriculture (SQNP). In concrete terms, this means the exclusive use of natural substances, gentle soil cultivation, and constant manual labor among the vines. The grapes—Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, and the rare Erbamat variety—are harvested only at perfect ripeness and exclusively by hand into small crates.

The discipline of time

The initial fermentation is followed by at least 18 months of yeast aging in the bottle. In the cool climate of the Lombardy cellars, the classic riddling and final disgorgement take place. The result of this artisanal rigor is a sparkling wine of crystal-clear structure and natural elegance.
