Products & Origin
We work without middlemen. We import all products – from Franciacorta to cheese specialties – directly from family-run businesses and traditional wineries in Italy. Our products are personally selected based on defined quality criteria.
All products are stored in our warehouse under controlled climatic conditions. An uninterrupted cold chain and storage protected from light guarantee the highest quality.
Ordering & Shipping
We exclusively use multi-wall special cardboard boxes certified by parcel services, featuring integrated break-protection cushioning.
Our shipping partners (currently DHL) conduct an age verification upon delivery. Please have a valid photo ID ready when receiving your parcel.
All our shipments are fully insured. Should a delivery arrive damaged, please note this directly with the courier and contact our customer service at kontakt@mawaitalienischefeinkost.com. We will provide a replacement immediately.
B2B & Food Service
We believe in personal interaction and tasting on equal terms. For B2B inquiries, simply send us a short message via our form, by email to info@mawaitalienischefeinkost.com, or directly via WhatsApp Business – preferably including two or three suggested dates. We will get back to you promptly to arrange the meeting personally and introduce you to our product range and B2B terms.
