  • Free shipping – regardless of whether your order contains fresh products requiring refrigeration or not.

Order value under €190.00

  • Standard range (no refrigeration required): €6.90 via standard shipping (DHL / UPS).

  • Fresh range (goods requiring refrigeration): €9.90 via express shipping (DHL Express / UPS Express) (includes specialized thermal packaging and cooling elements).

Logistics Partners & Youth Protection

  • Shipping providers: We flexibly dispatch non-refrigerated goods and fresh express deliveries via DHL or UPS.

  • Age verification for alcohol: All orders containing alcoholic beverages are shipped without exception via DHL with visual age verification (18+). Please have a valid photo ID ready upon delivery.

Freshness & Freight Guarantee

  • Secure transport: Wines are shipped in certified, shock-proof special boxes.

  • No weekend storage for fresh goods: In order not to interrupt the cold chain for express deliveries, we ship products requiring refrigeration exclusively from Monday to Thursday.

  • Important note on the cold chain for fresh products: Our insulated packaging and cooling elements are technically designed to reliably maintain the required cooling temperature for the duration of regular express transport (up to 24–36 hours). To guarantee an uninterrupted cold chain, the recipient is obliged to ensure that the parcel can be received in person on the first delivery attempt or that a corresponding drop-off permission (e.g., in a shady spot) has been left with the parcel service. No liability can be accepted for a reduction in quality or spoilage of the goods caused by delayed acceptance on the part of the recipient.

  • Fully insured: Every shipment is 100% insured against loss and transport damage until physical receipt.
