Processing / Production: As soon as the grapes arrive at the winery, they are pressed and separated from the skins. The resulting must is immediately cooled and filtered to prevent fermentation. Carbon dioxide, water, and natural flavors are then added.

Appearance: Bright, clear straw yellow with a fine, lively, and sparkling perlage.
Aroma (Nose): Accessible and elegant; delicate floral scents of fresh white blossoms and elderflower, harmoniously combined with the natural aromas of juicy grapes and a subtle citrus note.
Taste (Palate): Aromatic, fruit-forward, and pleasing on the palate. The natural sweetness of fresh grapes is perfectly balanced by the finely integrated, invigorating carbonation – a sparkling freshness that gives the drink lightness and drinkability.
Finish: Refreshing, clean, and fruit-driven aftertaste with a pleasantly fine mouthfeel.
